General Terms & Conditions
All reservations are subject to availability. Your reservation will become confirmed once you have sent an on-line booking request with complete information, paid the required down payment and received an email confirmation from us.
The confirmation of a reservation will require a non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total price.
Payment of the balance of the total price is required 30 days before arrival. If the full payment is not received, we reserve the right to will cancel the reservation.
A Deposit of €300/£200 is required when the key is handed over. The full amount of the Deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, when no damage has occurred. Should our representative notice damage caused by you when the key is returned, the cost of damages will be deducted from the Deposit.
A replacement fee of €20/£15 will be charged for the loss of keys.
We cannot accept responsibility for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the apartment whether placed in the safe or not. If you do bring valuable items it is essential they are covered by your own insurance for the period of your stay.
These conditions are subject to English Law and the English Courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not obtain personal information about you other than that which you choose to provide, and we will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose the personal information you provide to anyone outside our representatives.

Payment shall be made by direct transfer or by PayPal.
